We assist organizations in implementing Dynamics 365 and related technologies, but we also develop our own compatible solutions that respond to specific needs of our customers.Note :- This is Work from Office Mumbai opportunity only apply if you are from Mumbai or can relocate to Mumbai.Job Summary :The role's Key Objective is:• To Complete the Projects within given TAT.• Solution ArchitectFunctional Skills Required: Very good knowledge in PCF controls and PowerApps.Very Strong in C# Knowledge,JavascriptPlugin Development,Azure function Development,API Integration implementation with CRM,Cloud Flow,Custom Connectors (desirable),Canvas App(Desirable),Custom Workflow,Team Management and handling,• Dynamics CRM/CE and SharePoint Web API and API development.• Dynamics CRM/CE Plugin developmentDynamics Project operations / field service.Key Duties/Responsibilities :Design, build, and maintain high-traffic, scalable services and solutions based on the Dynamics 365 platform focused on quality and efficiency.• Analyze complex business requirements and convert technical and functional requirements into system level design specifications to develop high-performance software.• Collaborate with cross-functional team members on all aspects of process design and development.Work with the project team to define user story acceptance criteria, break down complex stories into tasks, develop estimates, plan and deliver solutions.• Take End-to-End ownership of delivery, including crafting technical specifications, writing readable and extensible code, and developing runbooks and methods for capturing and analyzing post-release metrics.• Take ownership of the code/design and perform code reviews for the timely completion of high quality, well designed and well written code.• Write concise technical documentation for the configuration and developed components and customizations.• Communicate on the status of work plans and tasks to design, develop, and test assigned project work.• Apply quality assurance methods in all aspects of software development.• Develop unit test code as part of overall quality assurance best practices.• Contribute to improvements in the organization's software development methodology and practices.• Mentor and coach intermediate developers, providing them guidance and sharing knowledge of evolving industry best practices and standards.Attitudinal Skills:Passionate towards Technologies• Responsible• Speed• Winning Attitude with 'Never Say Die spirit'• Problem Solving Skills• Sound Memory.• Excellent communicatorPreferred Qualification & Experience :A Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent education/experience.
