Education Requirements: B.Com is must, Master's Degree in Accounting /CA/CPA/CFAWork Experience Requirements: 4 to 10 years of related experienceShifts- US onlyLocation- Noida Responsibilities:Journal Entries, preparing Financial ReportsCreates effective financial statement schedules, audit support schedules and other reportsReview reconciliations and financial statements and related reports, investigate problems and organize projectsInsurance accounting experience and US GAAP or IFRS knowledge mandatory.Ability to deliver value working on various activities in statutory/Gaap accounting close cycle and deliver results accordingly.Assists in the documentation of internal controls and performs assigned internal control processes such as general ledger reconciliationsIdentifies issues and assists in resolving them.Learns how data flows through the financial systems to the accounting function in order to be able to identify issues and take action to address themMakes suggestions to improve the business value and efficiency of the work performed and collaborates with the team on evaluating and implementing suggestionsActively participates in increasingly complex department projects and continuous improvement activities.
