Meets production targets (sales objectives), such as Rand Value, Non-interest Revenue, Value, Added Products Conversion of Approved New Business Applications, First Time Approval, Number of Outbound Calls / Productivity, Lead Management within agreed standards. Contributes to profitability and managing returns, and provides quotes within mandates, as pre-defined on the system. Prepares credit submissions for judgmental assessments. Implement people resource planning in line with delivery and performance objectives, on budget and in partnership with specialized areas You will be an ideal candidate if you: Minimum Qualification - Matric Preferred Qualification - Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Related field Experience - One to three years in Sales and Marketing, call center environment (in/out), financial industry.
