Shift Manager

RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join a reputable manufacturing company. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of production operators, ensuring smooth operations and achieving production targets.Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of production on the shift Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime Monitor production output and quality to meet customer requirements Manage and develop a team of production operators Schedule and allocate tasks to achieve production targets Collaborate with other departments to address any issues and improve processes Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives Prepare and analyze production reports Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Sound knowledge of production processes and quality standards Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Proficient in using computer software and production management systems Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required Qualification in Engineering or related field preferred Benefits Salary: Negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable)  Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
