Inside Sales, iGTBLocation: Mumbai, ChennaiA sales/marketer who possesses a growth mindset, with strong communication skills, who thinks creatively, isdetail-oriented and is able to meet deadlinesThe successful candidate will be working closely with the regional heads, sales, marketing and productmarketers of iGTB to drive the lead ge agenda. The products serve a worldwide marketplace withespecial focus on advanced markets (North America, Europe, Japan, Australia and Singapore) andgrowth markets (India, MEA and rest of Asia), so the successful candidate will need to be comfortableinteracting, engaging and booking meetings to highly critical, time-poor senior bank executives fromthose locations.Note: The client base is an intimate, B2B (in fact B2B2B) marketplace. This is not a mass market marketingrole. We aim to provide services to the top 300 banks in the world, aiming to ensure the key 5-10 or soindividuals in each one understands and acts based on the unique value we bring. This means we are targeting a community of only a few thousand, senior people, many of whom we know. Candidates will need to be able to show they can work in this marketing environment.Good English is essential to the role as is passion and energy.ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales team members who thrive in a quick sales cycle environment. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growthobjectives. You must be comfortable reaching out to prospects, doing research to aid sales, making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Experience in setting up and scaling an inside sales team will be critical.The role includes the following additional responsibilities Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails Understand customer needs and requirements Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas Research accounts and markets, identify key players and generate interest Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory eam with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals Perform effective online demos to prospectsKey Skills Relationship managers with banks of the corporate & transaction banking side Track record of over-achieving quota Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong phone presence and experience dialing up customers PRB
