The Store Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales operations, managing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing sales data, and developing sales strategies to meet targets. The Store Sales Manager will also be responsible for visual merchandising and inventory management. Sales Managers should know how to achieve sales targets and have achieved in the past and can work on targets and under target pressureQualificationsProven experience in retail sales and managementStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to analyze sales data and develop strategiesKnowledge of fashion trends and designer linesExperience in visual merchandising and inventory managementAbility to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentHighly organized and detail-orientedBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field8 to 10 years of Experience as Store Manager.Worked on Targets and achieved them.Should Know how to work under pressure.
