Senior Designer - UX [T500-11872]

Responsibilities: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts and interactions. Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. Implement user-centered design processes, including usability testing, to validate and iterate on design solutions.Collaborate with visual designers to create consistent and aesthetically pleasing designs that align with brand guidelines. Advocate for best UX practices and principles within the organization, educating and influencing stakeholders.Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. Mentor new team members and onboard them into the digital practice at Delta.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS):Degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field. Minimum of 3+ years of experience with creating experiences for web sites and mobile apps. Proven experience as a UX Specialist, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UX design skills and process. Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design. Solid understanding of web and mobile design guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles. Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software. Should have proven experience in building responsive design for the apps and software such that design is portable across various mediums.Should be able to understand the data to be represented on the app to build effective transitions across data sets.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
