Dynatrace- Kubernetes - Should be responsible for Monitoring the Web Applications, Kubernetes installation, configuration, and validation, Lifecycle Management.WebLogic Servers - Configure node manager, associating manage servers to a machine to control/monitor manage servers on various physical boxes.Service Now- Incident/Change Management/System Outage / Event Management.F5-Load Balancer Server - Managing F5 Load Balancer for Server Troubleshooting and Maintenance. DotCom Monitor - EJ Websites Monitoring/Troubleshooting and Maintenance.Generating Daily/Weekly and Monthly Incident reports using SNOW.Responsible for handling the CCO Utility Suite by keeping track of Incidents/ongoing Change Requests/System Outages/Notes i.e Printable Turnover.Network Tools - Putty, F5, DNS, BGP PRB
