GFL's strength is based on its mastery of fluorine chemistry, vertical integration from natural minerals to fluoropolymers, and intense research and development that caters to customers worldwide with one of the highest quality products encompassing all regulatory requirements.Job Accountability:Business Development - Finding new applications of various Fluoropolymers like PTFE, PFA, FEP, Filled PTFE and related products in various Industrial and Automotive Market Segments. Converting existing customer of Fluoropolymers consumers from competition to GFL through value selling. Organize trials for product approvals, Supporting Enterpreneurs to set up new enterprise in upcoming applications by providing necessary technocommerical know how. Work with existing key accounts to get their business increased. Participate, Attend various conference , seminars , exhibitions etc for understanding various applications, markets and business landscape as well as for marketing and spreading knowledge of various fluoropolymers in industry. Create suitable Fluoropolymer Blogs, Articles , Presentations etc for creating awareness on various applications, customer benefits for increased demand of Fluoropolymers business.Visiting various OEMs and end users across the country for technical presentations to specify GFL grades in their application. Liasoning with various regulatory and Government Agencies , Associations etc to specify fluoropolymers and overcoming regulatory Any new job related to BD in any market segment can be added to the above roleMarket mapping through various sources including research reports , import data analysis, customer visits etc to assess the potential market size in a particular segment and work closely with the business and manufacturing teams for business growth. Assist plant teams (Production, GFRC etc) in product development of new customized compounds based upon Fluoropolymers like PTFE, PFA and other fluoropolymers. Visit jointly with various marketing teams for trials , qualifications and approval of Fluoropolymers. Provide technical support in various applications. Educational Qualifications:Minimum Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech ChemicalPreferred Qualification: M. Tech Chemcical/PolymerExperience Required: Total 10 to 12 years of experience with prior knowledge of working in the fluoropolymer raw material industry or fluoropolymers processing industry is desirable and may outweigh other factors.
