Manager - Environmental, Health, Safety and Social

Role:As an EHS & S manager, you will be required to contribute on tasks relating to EHS & S management as assigned to you by the company for its various business lines primarily in renewable energy projects including other infrastructure development projects. Eligibility and Experience:Graduate / Postgraduate in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science / Environmental Management / Sociology / Anthropology or other related fields.8-10 years of experience in managing EHS & S performance on primarily in renewable energy projects including other infrastructure development projects.Experience in ESIA studies and environmental and social due diligence including development of ESAP primarily in renewable energy projects including other infrastructure development projects.Experience in site supervision / monitoring of EHS & S performance on primarily in renewable energy projects including other infrastructure development projects.Knowledge of Indian regulatory framework for environmental, health, safety and social management / protection.Knowledge of safeguard requirements of International Financing Institutions (IFIs) such as the World Bank, IFC, ADB, Equator Principles etc.Knowledge of key environmental, health, safety and social issues relating to primarily in renewable energy projects including other infrastructure development projects.Knowledge of ESIA process and methodology.Ability to independently review ESIA reports, ESMPs and other EHS & S documents including Contracts.Excellent data analysis, data interpretation and report writing skills.Ability to independently respond to client queries / comments on environmental, health, safety and social issues encountered on projects under consideration.You will be required to work on various national and international projects / consultancy assignments of the company requiring application of your knowledge and skills as an EHS & S Manager.Other Requirements & Expectations:Good communication skills in English.Ability to work in culturally diverse environment.Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, power point presentation etc.Open to traveling for work within / outside the country PRB
