Revit is an added advantage.Electrical Calculations for Load estimation and Fault calculationWell versed with calculations for Plumbing, Fire and HVAC system in residential projects.Knowledge of Latest Engineering Trends and Value Engineering initiatives andKnowledge of MEP SOPs, Work Method StatementsWell-versed with best practices in Quality and safety.Cross Functional CoordinationCo-ordination with Regional Teams and other functions viz., Design, Engineering,Planning, Costing / Budgeting, Legal, FinanceTracking Variations in Designs and Budget Analysis.RFI resolution dispute resolutionDo Site Visits whenever required.Required Skills:Proficient in Excel and latest MS Office suitesProficient with AutoCAD and various Engineering Calculations toolsProficient in Communication (verbal and written)Well Organized and Time Management Skills.Problem Solving and Collaborative Working PRB
