Debt Advisory & Restructuring

Key responsibilities:Good understanding of credit & financial research, strength & challenges of businesses, legal entity corporate structure, income statements, balance sheet and cash flow reportingExperience in supporting clients restructuring needs such as insolvency and reorganization, liquidity management/analysis, creditor advisory, distressed asset support, advisory on turnaround activities and debt capacity analysisExperience in delivering high-quality analysis covering capital restructuring, bankruptcy, and special situation related analysis, capital structure analysis, debt maturity/refinancing analysis, debt asset swap/liquidation model, cash flow analysis, working capital analysis, financial modelling, stress testing and covenant analysisExperience in preparing pitch books, industry reports, conducting financial analysis, performing competitive benchmarking and opportunity assessments through in-depth secondary researchCapability to write commentary on the basis of detailed analysis of the financial statementsAbility to build relationships with clients and assessing information/knowledge needsEligibility:2-10 years of experience in debt advisory & restructuring, credit research and investment bankingExcellent knowledge and experience in using Excel and PowerPoint presentationsExperience in managing clients and delivering quality projects/assignmentsStrong written & verbal communication skillKnowledge of databases (Cap IQ, Factset, Bloomberg, LCD, Debtwire, Reorg, Thomson ONE etc)Qualification - MBA, CA, CFA PRB
