At Nissan Digital, you will be part of a dynamic team with ample opportunities to grow and make a difference.Intelligent Automation Centre Of Excellence (IA COE) is pivoting a key role in digital transformation and acceleration for Nissan globally and comprises of various automation verticals such as RPA, LCP, and so on acting as digital acceleration catalyst.The Technical Lead of IA COE is responsible for new tool evaluations and upgrades existing tech stack, front ending technical solutions, technical quality assurance of deliverables, mentoring the project team members on technical queries, providing continuous improvement ideas, and ensuring right solutions are recommended and implementing through COE to projects delivered across global Nissan entities. The Lead is also a key member of the Global Automation Tribe providing input to the Digital Transformation plans for Nissan. The lead is also responsible for driving the LCP projects and own development team.Responsibilities and Duties:Serve as the IA COE technical interface with Organization IT. Analysing existing systems and providing technical solutions for automation.Drive automation opportunity identification and assessment within Nissan.Active and key role for tool evaluations, adoptions, digital deliverables, and acceleration.Responsible for getting requirements from stakeholders and support LCP dev teamDefine technical standards and best practices for RPA UiPath and Outsystems LCP development and delivery. Responsible and accountable for maintaining the IA technical library.Responsible for performing POC on new capabilities and new tools/technolgoies in RPA and LCP (UiPath, Out systems, Power platforms, and other tools).Provide continuous advice to RPA support and LCP dev team during project delivery.Supports automation opportunity identification and assessment activities. Defining the project and scope. Effort estimation and costing. Drafting business requirement specification.Define & Implement the Analytics on Bot Performance and Efficiency.Concept presentations to business stakeholders and ensure all technical queries and concerns are addressed.Keep track and ensure the different environments are monitored as per requirements.Conducting application demo, technical feasibility analysis and assessment study to various stakeholders.Lead problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing and reporting defects.Assist in continuous optimisation and process improvement of projects.Serve as an escalation point for all technical and architectural issues on UiPath, Outsystems and PowerApps.Advice and monitor on environments (Dev/Test/Production etc).Work directly with developers and project managers to ensure Delivery and Implementation of various projects and solutions.Experience / Education Profile RequirementsMinimum 10 years of working experience in product / services industry with strong technical and digital transformation experience.Experience in Design & Implementation of Robotics Process Automation and Project development using Low code platforms.Experience in Business analysis and process understanding of requirements.5 years of professional experience on integration projects, automation projects etcGood exposure to Business process analysis and standardisation.A track record in training and mentoring individuals on development and delivery disciplinesThe ability to methodically solve business and technical problems using innovative and well-planned approaches with well documented, supportable, and extensible developments.Experience on .Net, C# and/or Java, Low Code Platforms, Scripting languages, UiPath, Power platform and other RPA tools and technologiesAbility to work independently and with minimal supervision.Experience working and managing global teams preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideasStrong interpersonal skills.
