Material Flow simulation Engineer

•Responsible for creating material flow simulation models with given inputs ( Layout , operational parameters) and run simulation and •Analysis through simulation on topics related throughpu , Bottleneck , resource optimization, Inventory reduction and optimization. •Experienced working on Automotive sector preferably with Powertrain, Assembly operations •Good understanding of Production planning basics - capacity planning , takt time , MTTR , quality rate , OEE etc. •Understand complex production systems & drive improvements through simulation •Run experimentation with simulation runs & derive analysis from results •Should be capable of presenting key results , analysis PRB
