Compensation Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company's key performance indicators by delivering an exceptional in-store experience and US Payroll Activities, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees in the United States. You will work closely with the payroll team, HR department, and other relevant stakeholders to execute payroll procedures efficiently and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Besides, Project Management related to Payroll Activities should be handled. ResponsibilitiesProcessing: Manage the end-to-end payroll process for US employees, including but not limited to, calculating wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions accurately.Management: Oversee the collection, validation, and maintenance of employee payroll data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Management: Utilize payroll software and systems effectively to streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and generate accurate payroll reports.Support: Act as a point of contact for Core HR activities supporting the HR's / Top Management.Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, systems, and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.and Development: Provide guidance and training to payroll staff on best practices, compliance requirements, and system usage.Support: Assist with internal and external payroll audits by preparing documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements. Skills: Master's degree in Human Resources.7+ years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a US-based organization.Strong understanding of US payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Project Management skillsLocation: Pune PRB
