Hardware Design Manager

Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelopment of core ROV electrical systems including power management, propulsion, illumination, vision, communication and associated embedded systems, following internationally recognized standardsAnalysis and evaluation of circuit designs based on simulation studiesSelection of appropriate electrical and electronic hardware, in compliance with the requirements of ROV.Study and programming of digital, analog and embedded electronicsPreparation of product reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing the informationMaintaining a database of design & manufacturing processes, testing protocols, failure logs, repairs and BOMSupport in vendor selection and vendor managementPreparation and tracking of project timelines and budgets in addition to the other general project management aspects of the department Development of high voltage, high power systems Work alongside mechanical, software and manufacturing teams to design and develop the productDevelop systems and processes within the department for a structured approach in management5S and Safety at EE laboratory & Assembly workshop   Qualifications required Minimum 4+ years' Experience in EE Domain as a hardware design(Embedded Electronics /Power ElectronicsB.Tech/ B.E on Electronics and Electricals or Equivalent. Skillset required Proficiency in Circuit Design, Layout Design, and EE simulation.Good familiarity with Power Electronics & Embedded systems and past hands-on experience with such systems.Proficiency in C++, Python and embedded C.Proficient in written and oral communication, collaborative work and team management.Proficiency in power electronics PRB
