Packaging Supplier Engineer

Roles and ResponsibilityProject manage the Packaging & Logistics Non-Compliances by connecting with various stakeholders to have adequate information.Analyze root cause of failures and drive for containment / corrective action.Drive and coordinate communication with suppliers.Identify RISKs & present project status reports to the stakeholders.Skills Required5~10 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering is preferred. (Major factor would be to assess the adaptability factor, so that we can mold him/her to diverse projects within Supplier engineering Org from long term perspective)Packaging degree or certification will added advantage but not mandatory.Usage and general understanding of SAP is good to have but not mandatory.3D modeling expertise is good to have not mandatory.Adaptability to work on diverse projects within Supplier engineering team.Strong communication skills & ability to work with Cross Functional Teams.Good analytical capability and Problem-solving skills.
