We make earth-friendly products for our homes. our lives and our planet.https://eha.eco/ Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for sales operations and day-to-day activities on eCommerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.Creating strategies, monitoring, analysing & improving business performance on the e-commerce marketplacesAddressing and resolving customer issues, delivery issues, and concerns in a timely manner andensuring excellent customer service.Listing new products on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart including image requirementsCreate weekly reports to showcase the change/growth of metrics around the above 5 points.Manage promotional ad campaigns at marketplaces and report on the ROI metrics.Maintaining a strong relationship with all the POC of eCommerce portals.Working closely with various internal teams and third-party associates Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a relevant field.A Minimum of 1+ year of E-commerce Sales Experience is a MUST or Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in the E-commerce Industry.Experience in handling International Business is a Must.Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving, and excellent analytical skillsGood to have Knowledge of digital marketing such as PPC, SEO, Social Media Display, and affiliate marketing channels.Proactive and hardworkingGood communication skills with a self-starter attitudeWilling to work in a start-up environment.Product content development such as images and videos will be an advantage.
