Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern (6-months)Location: Bhartiya City, Bengaluru (Hybrid)Role Overview:We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Talent Acquisition Interns to join our dynamic HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of talent acquisition and recruitment operations. You will play a crucial role in supporting our hiring process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience, and contributing to the development of our talent acquisition strategy.Key Responsibilities:Offer Processing Support: Validate and upload offer documents collected by recruiters, maintain offer details on the portal and trackers, and support the HR Ops team in rolling out offers.Candidate Communication: Maintain constant communication with candidates in the offer process and soon-to-be employees to ensure a positive onboarding experience. Monitor candidate engagement to anticipate pre-joining attrition and mitigate last-minute dropouts.Referral Management: Manage referral profiles, tag them to respective roles/teams, coordinate interview schedules, and maintain communication with referrers and candidates. Track referrals and assist in processing referral bonuses.Process Improvement Initiatives: Assist in coordinating with ATS companies, support implementation and data migration, and plan and execute training sessions for recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers on the new ATS.Talent/Recruitment Playbook Development: Assist in building a comprehensive Talent Acquisition policy document for the India/GSC TA strategy and operations.Core Recruitment: Intake, Job posting, Sourcing, Scheduling & assisting in Offer Process & Onboarding would also be part of the learning process.Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.Why Join Us:Hands-On Experience: Gain practical experience in talent acquisition and recruitment operations.Professional Development: Work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain insights into the recruitment industry.Impactful Work: Play a key role in transforming our talent acquisition process and contribute to the growth of our organization.Collaborative Environment: Join a supportive and collaborative team that values innovation and continuous improvement.Career Growth: Potential for full-time opportunities based on performance and business needs.
