Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development - B2B Health Insurance professional. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the B2B health insurance sector. Your day-to-day tasks will involve prospecting and building relationships with potential clients, conducting market research, creating and delivering tailored presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Flashaid in the health insurance market. Qualifications Proven experience in business development and sales, preferably in the B2B health insurance industryStrong understanding of the health insurance market and industry trendsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersNegotiation and persuasion skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office suiteA bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related fieldRelevant certifications (e.g., Certified Insurance Agent) are a plus PRB
