Today, 30 years later brand Turtle continue to deliver the best of global styling and inspirations, whilst staying true to their heritage.Key DeliverablesGive accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategiesSpecify internal governance policies and regularly monitor complianceCommunicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trustApprove Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights.Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislationKnowledge of Trademark protection, registration, Legal cases in NI Act & other money suits.Ideal Candidate ProfileProven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment/manufacturing industry.Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and proceduresExcellent skills in legal drafting & commercial contracts management (franchisee) Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategiesSound judgement and ability to analyze situations and informationOutstanding communication skillsBA & LLB degree is mandatoryPG Diploma (Business Administration) or MBA will be considered an added advantage PRB
