The OpportunityWe are looking for a dynamic and adaptive Managing Consultant having 7 to 10 years' experience in SAP EWM Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and design solutions that align with the client's business processes and objectives, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.Contribute to creating a comprehensive analytical framework to identify and resolve key client issues.Produce deliverables that are substantive, thorough, well-founded, and clearly documented.Ensure project tasks and deliverables are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards, through deployment of innovative methods.Proactively Identify potential obstacles during course of the project and propose effective solutions.Engage with customers and project teams, delivering clear and impactful communication.Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and counterparts, comprehending their business needs and delivering expert advice and solutions to fulfill their requirements.Provide clear direction, coaching, and motivation to team/project members, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.Exhibit a deep understanding of the delivery process and methodologies.Actively contribute to and utilize the CAMELOT Knowledge base, sharing insights and innovative ideas.Pursue personal and professional growth opportunities, staying current with industry trends.Exhibit constructive and respectful attitudes, promoting a cooperative and collaborative culture. Profile RequirementsExtensive knowledge and experience in SAP EWM, Yard Management, SAP ERP and can provide product-specific advice to our clients.Substantial experience in implementing and customizing SAP EWM extending it with a strong understanding of critical processes in Warehouse Planning, Inbound and Outbound, Internal movements, and Physical Inventory. Additionally, knowledge on integrating Production Staging with MES and SAP ERP. Consulting experience with expertise in SAP EWM along with s/4 HANA and related cloud applications (i.e. LBN). Exposure to Logistics Business Network will be an added advantage.Experience in Integration of GTS and EWM for Transportation Execution.Knowledge of Logistics integration with 3PL, Logistics systems using EDI/XML through Middleware systems like SAP PO/PI, Web Methods, MuleSoft etc. Relevant functional, technical and leadership skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Proactive and innovative mindset.
