Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to lead and manage our design team. You will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of visual designs for a range of projects, including branding, marketing materials, and web design. Our plan is simply to provide you with the best digital marketing services in the market.Experience: 3-4 YearsIndustry Type: E-commerce (Advertising Agency)Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)Key Responsibilities:Lead the design team, providing guidance and direction to ensure all work produced meets the company's standards and expectations.Design and produce a wide variety of creative materials including website designs, landing pages, banners, social media graphics, digital ads, brochures, and other marketing collateral.Develop creative concepts and designs that effectively communicate the client's brand message and objectives.Collaborate with Project Manager to understand project requirements, brand guidelines and ensure consistent branding across all materials.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design solutions that meet the company's objectives.Manage the workflow of design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.Conceptualize and develop innovative designs for a range of projects, including branding, marketing materials, and web design.Present design concepts and strategies to internal stakeholders and clients, gathering feedback and incorporating it into the final designs.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, incorporating new techniques and technologies into design processes and strategies.Review and approve all designs produced by the team, ensuring they meet the company's standards for quality and brand consistency.Qualifications:3-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio that demonstrates a range of design skills across various mediums.Proven track record of managing a team of designers, with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Proficient in design software(Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc)Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout.Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills.If you are a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a passion for leading and mentoring a team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
