Healthcare Recruitment lead (US)

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably within the US healthcare system.Familiarity with healthcare roles, certifications, and licensure requirements.Strong understanding of the US healthcare industry and its regulatory environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Team handling experience is a must.Skills and Competencies:Strong sourcing and networking abilities.High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.Problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to healthcare staffing.Working Conditions:This position may require occasional travel to job fairs, networking events, and client meetings.The role may involve working outside of regular business hours to accommodate candidates' schedules and time zones.
