About the job We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. This role will focus on business development activities to grow our Tier1/Tier2/MSP client base. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proven track record in business development, and an understanding of the staffing industry. Candidate MUST have experience working for US-based Staffing companies and a proven track record of acquiring new Tier1/Tier2/MSP.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience2- 4 years' prior USA/Canada industry related business development experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful development strategiesFocused and goal-orientedResponsibilities: Develop and sustain effective business relationships with New clients and Prime Vendors in order to leverage and set up effective account management • Independently handle staffing business & manage the team • Develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing • Demonstrated effective negotiation and closing techniques in securing profitable business • Cultivate, generate large scale relationships for new accounts • Proficient in Vendor and Client Account Management • Develop sales strategies and proposals by using client and company knowledge to evaluate potential projects and accounts and also to reactivate previous clients. • Identify potential clients and customer groups in the local and national markets with knowledge of competitor operations in the IT staffing market. • Good experience and understanding of IT skills and trends • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates Customer/Client needs on an ongoing basis • Conduct Daily meetings with internal resource pool on marketing about vendor calls/Interviews • Coordinating with Onsite & Offshore teams on daily requirements, submissions, updates, interviews and final deals in Recruitments & Internal Sales • Improving W2 consultant's skillset through trainings sessions from experienced consultants in updated modules like Alfresco, Liferay, Oracle Apex etc. as per consultant module • Maintaining Rapport with consultants placed in projects and generating multi chain referrals • Coordinating with W2 consultants working in projects on extensions, trying for client requirements gathering through their reference • Verifying NCA/NDA/MSA's from team submissions and reverting with Signed documents PRB
