Daily monitoring the activity of warehouse that include dispensing ,practice in warehouse, non-moving RM/PM inventory.Warehouse system to be improved with respect to accountability and compliances.Daily monitoring of production plan vs actual for the site and also ensure to deliver 100% demand.Ensure there should be no product shortages in the market.Monitoring of yield and its improvement planClosely working with corporate outsourcing team to full fill demand and supply.Handling of market complaints and its action planCompliant received from CWH review and action to be takenEnsure proper utilization of plant with respect to productivity and manpower utilization.Compliance of the plants in all respect 24X7 Ensure PIC's / EU approval for Liquid Jammu facility and its compliance.Involvement in technology transfer activityShelf life evaluation and extensionReview of MFR and evaluation for feasibility Involvement in trouble shooting on shop floor to improve productivityActive participation in audits & ensure plant should be in compliance 24X7Ensure Good Manufacturing practices on shop floor.Harmonization of what is written in BMR vs actual practicesTo monitor packaging activity and do the improvement with respect to output.Maintain good engineering practices.Monitoring and ensure equipment maintenance at site.Budget evaluation of site Evaluation of capex requirement at site Tracking and monitoring of different projects at site.
