Job Title: Mechanical EngineerDepartment: EngineeringReports To: Senior Mechanical Engineer / Engineering ManagerJob Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mechanical Engineer with a B. TECH. degree who is ready to embark on a challenging and rewarding career in the field of mechanical engineering. The ideal candidate will have a solid academic background in mechanical principles and a keen interest in applying this knowledge in practical settings. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting projects, learn from experienced engineers, and develop a strong foundation in various aspects of mechanical engineering.Key Responsibilities:Design and Analysis:Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems.Perform basic computational analysis to assess the strength, dynamics, and efficiency of different designs.Prototyping and Testing:Collaborate with the team to build prototypes and conduct tests to evaluate the performance of designs.Analyze test results and make recommendations for improvements.Project Support:Provide support in the planning and execution of engineering projects.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.Documentation and Reporting:Prepare technical documents, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.Maintain accurate records of design iterations, test results, and project progress.Continuous Learning and Development:Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering.Participate in professional development opportunities, such as workshops, seminars, and training sessions.RequirementsEssential Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.
