Senior Solutions Engineer

SuperOps is a SaaS startup focused on solving problems for modern IT teams using AI. Ithelps IT teams efficiently manage IT infrastructure like networks and systems on the cloudor on-premises, and business-critical applications.Founded by Arvind Parthiban, a serial entrepreneur, and Jayakumar Karumbasalam, aveteran in the IT space. Both Arvind and Jayakumar come with years of experience inleadership positions at Freshworks & Zoho.You'll be responsible for· Working closely with the sales lead for technical closures of potential prospects and leads.· Support the selling cycle with relevant demos and proof of concept engagements· Become a trusted advisor to the technical decision maker· Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions· Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition and helping with customer onboarding.· Collect and document competitive intelligence· Effectively communicate client needs to the product and engineering teams for future product enhancements· Contributing to the sales and messaging strategy improvements.· Monitoring news and developments relating to or impacting key customers or prospects.You're someone who· Has effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.· Has 3- 6 years of experience in a pre-sales role, preferably in SaaS or IT.· Is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn/dive in where necessary.· Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.· Has a positive attitude and is willing to juggle multiple projects.
