We are looking for Quality Assurance engineers with proficiency in manual testing. This is an on-site job, based out of Bangalore. Gida is a boutique software product development company. We are in the high growth phase and are constantly looking at energetic people to join our rapidly-growing team.Years of Experience: 1-3Requirement: 1 opening for MANUAL, 1 opening for automation & manualJob Type: Full time, On-siteResponsibilitiesResponsible for planning, deployment and managing the quality assurance and testing for the projectThe QA shall adopt agile technical practices such as test-driven development, pair programming and refactoringHands-on experience using the Jira and good understanding of Selenium is preferableDevelop and establish quality assurance deliverables and testing framework, including creating and maintaining test plans and test cases in accordance with changing requirements, throughout the development of the Application SoftwareCreate and manage the Manual, Automated test framework (where applicable) such as preparing the test environment and maintaining functional testing scripts in accordance with the changing requirementsWork with the development team for user stories elaboration, test automation, bug fixes, etcEnsure that the Application Software meets the requirements of performance and load tests (as part of the System Performance Tests), validate the output and expected outcomes and feedback on improvements requiredExperience in debugging logs/crash using Android SDK (adb commands), XCode tools.Ensure defects are tracked in the product backlog, and conduct impact analysis of defect fixes discovered during manual or automated tests, validate completed stories pass the acceptance criteria, raising defects as needed and work with the development team to improve the expected behaviour and test casesNOTE : Please don't apply if you are allergic to cats or dogs, as we are a pet friendly company.
