Human Resources Intern

Position Type: Internship (Part-Time/Full-Time)Duration: 3-6 monthsPosition Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with excellent organizational and communication skills, eager to learn and contribute to our HR initiatives.Key Responsibilities:1.Recruitment and Onboarding:Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials and coordinating orientation sessions.2.Employee Relations:Aid in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.Assist in resolving employee inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources.3.Training and Development:Support the coordination of training sessions and development programs.Assist in tracking employee training records and program effectiveness.4.HR Administration:Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.Support various HR projects and initiatives as needed.Qualifications:Recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
