Role & responsibilitiesIn the role of AI Lead Architect, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical and domain proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level target architecture, architecture roadmap & lead the component designs & integration leveraging industry standards.We are seeking a highly experienced AI Lead Architect to spearhead the integration of AI into our IT landscape and processes.In this pivotal role, you will play a key role in identifying opportunities, developing roadmaps, and driving the successful implementation of AI solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization.Preferred candidate profileLead the identification of opportunities to leverage AI across various business functions.Develop a comprehensive roadmap for AI integration into the IT landscape and processes.Drive proof-of-concept (POC) and proof-of-value (POV) initiatives for identified AI opportunities.Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines for efficient AI model development and deployment.Lead the selection, fine-tuning, and utilization of open-source AI models.Expertise in fine-tuning open-source AI models for specific use cases.Provide technical leadership and guidance to the AI team on best practices in AI development and deployment.Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI research and implement cutting-edge techniques for optimal results.Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to translate AI concepts into practical solutions.Ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing across teams to foster a culture of AI adoption.Passion for innovation and a relentless drive to push the boundaries of AI capabilities.Tech Skills (Mandatory):Python,Vector Databases, MLOps, LangChain, LLamaIndex, AI Cloud Services (e.g., OpenAI), LoRA, Prompt Engineering, AWS Code WhispererExperience - 10 + years of IT experience, Relevant experience - 2+ yearsLocation - PAN India PRB
