About the role As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will be accountable for QE deliverables and automation related quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization's products and/or development processes. Defining the Automation Test Strategy and leading the team to implement automation modern auto test capability. More specifically, you will work on:Provide leadership and direction to the team in the design, development, and implementation of test automation architecture and framework.Responsible for overseeing the implementation of new technologies like robotics, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning.Have expertise in scripting and helping the team to solve road blockers.Expertise in functional and non-functional areas.Desired Skills & Experience:Minimum 10 years experience. Must have Data Transformation Testing/ETL testing experience and should have hands-on experience in automating data transformation testing.Hand on Experience in SQL and Automating Database Testing. Should have experience in validating data quality in Unstructured, semi-structured, and structured format between source and target.Ability to manage multiple projects that implement test automation framework(s) and integrate with CICD/Data pipeline.Motivate, Guide , Train and Mentor the team in achieving the milestones.Create, plan, manage and deliver Automation Strategy/Plan/Feasibility Analysis /Proof of Concepts and Reporting.Participate in all necessary activities of the SDLC process and interaction with customers.Analyze business requirements and estimate Automation efforts / Scope.Collaborates with developers and subject matter experts to establish the appropriate test patterns.Interact with customers and technical developers to understand their configurations and environments.Walkthrough the Automation Test strategy and Test design documents with stakeholders to get their feedback / approvals.Document and facilitate communication and troubleshooting of issues, bugs, changes.Validate and close-out all issues prior to client delivery.Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the software meets or exceeds specified standards of client and technical requirements.Should have experience in designing the automation framework for Web, API, Desktop and Mobile applications.Assist/Troubleshoot in the development of Test Automation Framework, Best Practices and Standards.Hands on Experience in Selenium, Appium, RestAssured/Karate frameworks using TestNG/BDD.Good understanding on the Analytical tool.Experience with testing big enterprise, high-traffic and multi-tier applications using MS Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)Understanding of overall Testing process and experience in Agile Methodology.Support the onboarding of new team members.Perks of working with Tiger AnalyticsLatest Technology: You will get to work on the most advanced technologies like machine learning and artificial intelligence.Global Exposure: We work for leading global brands.
