Robotic Process Automation Consultant

Job Description:· Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective and design/implement enterprise-grade solutions that are efficient, scalable and maintainable.· Participate in Requirements gathering, Design, build Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using Pega DPA/RPA tools to meet business process and application requirements.· Configure new DPA/RPA processes and objects using design principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.· Help set up Pega DPA/RPA environments (software installation, installation of related technologies such as Splunk/logging etc.) and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions.· Troubleshoot and debug Pega DPA/RPA automations for bug fixes.· Support FUT, UAT and deployments to production and between environments.· Help create and document test plans and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.· Documenting RPA solutions, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.· Support RPA projects in production environment· Contribute to project playbooks, building schedules, managing issues/risks.· Ensure appropriate actions in the recovery from software failures and minimize system downtime.· Establish and adhere information Security and control standards.· Develop metrics, review, and share status reports. Skills Required:· Proficiency in Pega RPA tools, such as Pega Robotic Automation Studio and Pega Robot Manager· Strong understanding of RPA concepts and best practices, including process automation, bot deployment, and exception handling· Hands on experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python· Knowledge of web technologies and APIs, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful services· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into RPA solutions.· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and quality assurance· Strong communication and documentation skills to effectively convey technical information and best practices.
