Designation: Enterprise Architecture Specialist, Enterprise Technology Group ( S/4HANA Enterprise Architect)Reporting: Head - Enterprise Applications, Enterprise Technology GroupLocation: Mumbai (Work from office)POSITION PURPOSE: The primary purpose of the position will be to establish the overall S/4HANA process design, mechanics and protocols to be followed by all application teams; and to design, develop and articulate solutions based on internal stakeholders' strategic business need and technical requirements.POSITION CONTEXT: The primary role for the incumbent will be to act as the principal day-to-day point of contact for all things related to SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Application.POSITION SPECIFICATIONEducation: Bachelor of Engineering/ Master of Engineering/ Chartered AccountantPreferred: Certification in SAP S/4HANAExperience8-12 years' implementation experience in the SAP with at least 2 S/4HANA greenfield implementation experienceExperience in SAP FICO implementation across multiple company codes and industry verticalsExperience of successfully delivering high performing application solutions that meet scope, cost, and date parametersExperience in design and development of integration solutions with Ariba, VIM, SFDC in at least 1 project/support is mandatoryMedia/Telecom/Utilities industry experience preferredExperience in Content Finance/ Anaplan is added advantageBEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIESExpertise in S/4HANA FinanceDeep understanding of the SAP S/4HANA Architect, including but not limited to AR, AP, Related Trading Partner, multi-GAAP, Funds management in S/4HANAIntegration understanding with Ariba (Procurement), Customer Billing/Invoicing as well as Budgeting & commercials managementStrong familiarity with related FIORI AppsUnderstanding of Media planning and content management would be added advantageDevelopment Methodology: Waterfall, AgileWorking knowledge of JIRA/Asana would be added advantageStrong task orientated, organizational and planning skillsStrategic thinker balanced with a grasp of detailsAbility to prioritize and cope with competing demandsMulti-task between project development and customer supportExcellent execution and project management skillsPassion for results and excellence.Working collaboratively with the teamAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYLead the SAP S/4HANA Enterprise ArchitectureArchitecture success by continuously providing focus and direction on what matters most and searching for and highlighting best practices or potential disconnects that could destroy value or create risk.Personally drive the change by being directly and principally involved in the subject matter of major issues so that this role helps manage the "white space" and dependencies by identifying issues, and then coordinating and communicating resolutions to all involved.Applying sound technical management and development skills throughout the delivery lifecycle, producing high quality solutionsShould be able to understand the technology stack available at SPNI and take call on the ideally suited one for respective interfaceSelecting and delivering on the appropriate integration approachTechnical Design, solution architecting, Integration and dataflow architecture2.Design system integration solutionsCreate and manage the entire SAP S/4HANA solution designEnd to End Technical implementation of SAP integration and business functionPrepare blueprint for application solution based on business needsTranslate functional requirements into technical requirementsOversee development and implementation of projects/programsUtilize expertise in comparing integration approaches and assessing their relative strengths and limitations in terms of meeting business goalsDeliver the required systems integration solutions for an ongoing transformation and platform changes, ensuring continuity and security of the systems.Help define the integration and dataflow architecture and evaluate vendor capabilities. Identify gaps in available enterprise services and work on remediation strategies to ensure stability as the underlying platform technologies continue to evolve.Coordination, collaboration towards System integrationManaging and Timely reporting of various projects in management forums3.Drive enhancement initiativesConnect with business stakeholders and application leads to drive the application enhancementOversee architecture alignment of prototyping, testing and roll-out of application upgrades/enhancementsLandscape enhancement and stabilization4.Drive strategic vendor relationshipsProvide technical leadership and support to application vendor management teamActively evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the vendor's implementation and upgrade effortsMeeting organization's IT needs with maximum cost efficiency5.Project ManagementDevelop project plan with schedule and resource commitments in coordination with vendorsCreate all the standard project management documentation, validate project dependencies, managing and mitigating risksStatus Reporting and Risk/Mitigation planning to the PMO teamEnsure best practices are documented, reviewed and executed across all integrationsFoster strong team skills and culture for improving application integration techniquesTimeBudgetQuality of serviceResource utilizationCompetencies1.
