Role Description As a Senior Human Resources Manager at Sangitam Travels Private Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations. Your day-to-day tasks will include talent acquisition and management, implementing HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations, managing performance reviews, conducting training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. Qualifications Proven experience as an HR manager or similar roleStrong knowledge of HR functions and best practicesExperience in talent acquisition and managementKnowledge of labor laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levelsHigh level of integrity and confidentialityBachelor's degree in human resources management or a related fieldHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus PRB
