And that starts with finding the right talent to help us get there.Responsibilities:Engage in technical troubleshooting and problem resolution.Should be able to delve into UI code mobile or portal, analyze code in backend services (Node JS, Java or any such app programming languages)Create DT synthetics, SPLUNK based monitoring, Tealeaf monitors and reports, advanced SPLUNK querying.Delve into technical issues impacting databases, caching, infrastructure, and applications and arrive at solutions.On demand reportingAdhoc on demand support when needed on managed incidents.Scripting data fixes, automating job runs.Strong Experience in Production Support,Java, Spring boot, SQL, monitoring tools, AWS.Qualifications Required Skills:10+ year of Years experience in application development and codingCollege degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience.Hands on experience with most of the following technologies: React / React Native / Angular and JavaMongo DB,Node JSExperience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google App Engine, or Heroku)Experience with Application Monitoring Tools (Splunk, Cloudwatch, Dynatrace etc)Strong experience with enterprise security Including IAM Roles & Policies, Auth0 / Okta, Encryption, API Gateways, Firewalls, Private Cloud)Proven experience with coding and supporting enterprise application solutions.Strong technical and analytical skillsDemonstrate ability to perform root cause analysis and suggest rectification options.Nice-to-haves:Ability to mentor and lead junior engineersDemonstrated experience in coding, technical analysis.Ability to navigate a geographically diverse team and communicate effectively.Familiarity with cloud-based architecture and its usage in complex applicationsStrong analytical skills and demonstrate the ability to solve problems.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.Have a quality mindset, not just code quality but also to ensure ongoing application/data quality by monitoring data to identify problems before they have business impact ATS
