We empower communities through improved education, health, livelihood, and climate action outcomes.About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic individual who can handle social-media, and visual communications. S/He will be responsible for executing social media strategy, developing communication material, and analysing and reporting metrics.Responsibilities IncludePlan and execute social media activity across all the channels, including developing content strategy & calendars, and creating engaging posts to increase the social media presenceDesign internal/external communication material (videos, photographs, posters, etc.) in accordance with brand identityManage external copywriters / illustrators / photographers / videographers / art-directors / media agenciesAnalyse and Report metricsPlan and manage budgetsRequirements Excellent spoken and written communication skillsAn understanding of social media channels and campaignsExperience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google AnalyticsProficiency in WordPress will be an added advantageExperience with Photoshop/Illustrator or any other design softwareAbility to think critically and creativelySkill in photography/videography will be an added advantageExcellent inter-personal skillsPay: Up-to 5 lakh per annum plus other benefits PRB
