Role - Credit AnalystLocation - MumbaiAbout the role:Part of Investment - Credit team at Vivriti Asset Management. Role would include portfolio investment, monitoring and research for various debt schemes to be managed by Vivriti AMC.Key Responsibilities:Fund deployment phase:Conduct due diligences, prepare investment notes, seek IC approvalsSeek, analyze, and structure data provided by clientsThorough field diligence & meetings with the senior management of investee entitiesPrepare insightful credit report for presentation to Investment Committee with cogent recommendationsPost deployment phase:Identifying early warning signs of credit deteriorationInvestment monitoring, field visit, management meetings, calls, etc.Regular Updates to Investment CommitteeSuggestions on portfolio RebalancingCredit Research:Track assigned sectors closely and publish regular research reports to internal and external stakeholdersDesired skills and experiences: Preferred Qualification CA/CFA/MBAPossess 3-6 years of relevant credit assessment experience / lending experience / credit rating / transaction advisory. Familiarity with financial services sector (NBFCs / ARCs) is preferrable, though not mandatory.Be brilliant with numbers, analysing financial statements, managing and interpreting data and solving problems - to aid in taking investment decisions.Advanced skills in MS Excel.
