With a footprint across 40 nations, NIIT offers training and development solutions to Individuals, Enterprises, and Institutions.Role & ResponsibilityPeriodic management reporting and reviews including daily/weekly business reporting, monthly performance reviews, forecasting, reportingPeriodic detailed analysis of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash flowResponsible for Audit closure on Qtrly/yearly basisRegular review and monitoring of budgets vs actuals. Drive Cost management areas.Quarterly business result reporting.Pricing, Financial Modeling and forecasting for various projectsAnnual Budgeting / PlanningAssist in various automation initiatives including that for periodic business / financial MIS.Position SpecificationsEducation QualificationCA inter or any Commerce Graduate with MBAPast Experience RequiredMinimum 2-4 years in similar role in a service industry. Experience in education industry is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates in retail industry handling similar profile may fit the role.Good knowledge of MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and other reporting tools, Working knowledge of SAP in must. Should have experience of working in a technology driven environment.Additional Skills RequiredShould be meticulous, have the ability to identify the finer point.Ability to review & define processes Strong communication skills, written and oral.Sense of urgency and ability to be proactive on issues and opportunities.Flexibility & commitment: Comfortable to stretch at the time of closing & audit PRB
