Location-Chennai SiruseriShift-12-9pm ISTEducation-Bcom/MBA/CA/CMAExperience-5-9 yrsFlexi to work from officeImmediate Joiner/Lesser notice period candidates only requiredThis individual will be working on the Company's financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects. She/he will provide financial consulting and strategic support to onshore Finance Business Partners. This function acts as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support 'optimal' business decision making. Roles & Responsibilities:Preparation of monthly financial accounts, consolidation and variation explanation Support month close activities including posting of accruals, prepayments, re class and reallocations entries.Analysis of customer contracts / MSA, subcontractors spend, time recovery analysis, revenue recognition and action Support end-to-end business unit including internal revenue, contract profitability and order entry as well as the delivery / cost base. Support Local and Global Management teams in preparation of forecasts / budgets and analysis of trends in revenue, expense, capital expenditures and other related areas, global reporting preparation commentary and presentation. Assist with compilation and analysis of consolidated budgets / long range plans.Input into the weekly forecast rally processAnalyse complex financial information to provide accurate and timely financial reports to Global management for decision making purposesSupport the Local/Global Management Team with in-depth analysisAssist in development and maintenance of cost allocation models to customer accountsSupport of Global Operations business including recharges to and from other Global Operations businesses around the world.Assist in Identification of possible cost improvementsAny other Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis PRB
