Experience in Mixed-Signal layouts.Work Location: BangaloreExp: 3+YrsEducation: B.E./B.Tech. or Masters/M.Tech.Must have TSMC 3nm, 5nm, 7nm FINFET experience.Should have worked on Mixed-Signal layout blocks like: High-speed SerDes - Transmitter(Tx), Receiver(Rx), PLL, USR, LNA etc.Analog-to-Digital Converters (ADCs) - Successive Approximation (SAR) ADC, Delta-sigma (ΔΣ) ADC, Dual Slope ADC, Pipelined ADC, Flash ADC.Digital-to Analog Converters (DACs) - Weighted Resistor DAC, R-2R Ladder DAC.GPIO, XTAL, Auxiliary cells,High-speed IOs: DDR2/3/4, MIPI, SATA, USB, LVDS etc.Hands-on expertise with industry standard EDA tools - Cadence Virtuoso L/XL/GXL, Cadence PVS, Mentor Graphics Calibre.
