WALK - IN FOR FRESHERS Healthcare, RCM & Deniel International Voice & Semi Voice process - 4th to 7th June 2024 - 11am - Meet HR Freddy Sahai @ Sholinganallur ELCOT campus.Work Location: Sholinganallur ELCOT Chennai.Interview Mode: Face to Face InterviewTime: 11:00 AMInterview Date: 4th May to 7th May 2024Interview Venue: HCL TECH, Sholinganallur ELCOT campus Chennai-119Contact HR: Freddy SahaiSelection Criteria: -Candidates with break in education more than 2 years are not eligible.Only full-time graduation (with 15 years regular education) will be considered - No Correspondence CourseCandidates with arrears are not eligibleCandidates who have attended the HCL selection process in the last 6 months (either selected/rejected/not joined) will not be eligiblePursuing PG are not eligibleCandidates should be comfortable working in Night ShiftRoles and Responsibilities :Responsible for calling providers offices in US on behalf of Health plansTo call the provider office verify the surveys for calling from the given dataTo make the physical call by following an applicable rule for confidentiality and HIPPA complianceMeeting daily/weekly/ and monthly targets set for an Individual.Flexible to work from office and Location.Desired profile: Should be willing to work in US shift.Strong written and verbal communication skillsGood computer skills including MS Excel, MS office.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Good typing skills with a speed of min 30-35 words/min with 90% accuracy.Required Skills:-Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner Gathers and analyses information skillfully.Interpersonal Skills, Maintains confidentialityAnalytical SkillCustomer and Business orientation.Verbal Communication - Excellent verbal communication skills required. Needs to talk with the Customers/Client over phone/email as and when required.
