Business Technology Analyst

Role and Responsibilities:- Be the bridge between business users and the development team to define and develop the product features that will meet the needs / opportunities of the business users.Closely coordinate with the internal engineering team and client product teams.Create a release plan for the product releases.Create detailed PRDs for internal consumption.Communicate client requirements to the engineering team.Should be able to understand, create and improve technical architectures.Understand the flow of the product conveyed by the client and communicate the same to the engineering team.Make sure all the changes implemented by internal team are implemented in the correct manner and suggest changes if required any.Have complete product ownership and act as the single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders. Requisite Skills:-Hands on experience of trading in equity derivativesStrong market understanding and knowledgeUnderstanding of Market microstructureStrong communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Figma, JIRAKnowledge of drafting PRDsKnowledge of programming would be a huge plus PRB
