Hiring For Admission CounsellorAs an admission counselor for our IT programs encompassing areas such as cyber security, machine learning, and data science, your key deliverables and KPIs are outlined as follows:Lead Generation:Achieve a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily, aiming for at least 40 meaningful connections with prospective students.Engagement:Allocate an average of 2 hours daily to engage in productive conversations with potential students.Conduct at least one video session per day to provide comprehensive information about our programs and address inquiries effectively.Enrollment:Successfully enroll a minimum of 2 students per week in our IT programs.Revenue Targets:Consistently meet weekly revenue targets, which are aligned with enrollment objectives and program value.Experience Requirement:A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the data program sector, to ensure a strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to effectively communicate the value propositions of our IT programs to prospective students.Location : Mumbai, Bengaluru, Gurgaon & HyderabadShare your cv at :- anjali.dhami@upgrad.com +91-7065013176 PRB
