About the Role: Crowd Strike is seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our growing team on-site (hybrid) in our Austin, T X office. We’re seeking driven, results-oriented managers who are ready to change the game! What You’ll Do: The Sales Development Manager is a front-line manager whose responsibilities include: Managing a team of 6-10 Sales Development Representatives. Coaching reps on strategy and technique. Working with marketing to ensure lead S L As are being hit. Partnering with Regional Directors and Sales Managers on territory development. Working with Channel Account Mangers to drive business with our partners. What You'll Need: 1 year of experience as a S D R or sales team lead or manager. Experience with Salesforce reporting and B I tools like D O M O. Track record of leading a successful team. Experience hiring and working in a rapidly growing environment. Understanding of the cybersecurity landscape. Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate. Bonus Points: Closing experience for a technology company. # L I- J G1 Pando Logic.
