Director, Service Delivery Product ManagementJob SummaryBuilds, mentors and leads a team of product managers to achieve the goals of the organization.ResponsibilitiesOwn the customer and employee experience for Product QTC Experience and the order management, order orchestration, and fulfillment domainsGather the voice of the customer and employees regarding process and system interactions Apply user-centered design principles and practices to Service Delivery quote to cash process, policy, and system transformation, management and improvement Capture customer and employee business requirements into EpicsMinimize end user disruption through evolutionary UI change where possibleCommunicate and train process and UI change where necessaryDefine Service Delivery QTC Experience vision and roadmapsDevelop overall Service Delivery experience vision, including target company process, policy, and tooling in collaboration with key customer, product management and operations stakeholdersPartner with upstream and downstream teams to deliver continuous and optimal end to end experienceDocument business process and system interactions within order management, order orchestration and fulfillment domains. Manage contracts with upstream and downstream domains and usersDevelop strategy and process roadmap, driving to holistic solutionsIn collaboration with key stakeholder, envision the targeted experience and identify business outcomesResponsible for shaping the backlog to deliver the Service Delivery Experience visionCreate and maintain prioritized roadmaps for Service Delivery Experience.
