Tractor Driver - Devon

Due to new developments and growth in our business, we are looking for a Tractor Driver to join our established team.You will be working directly for the farm, not through REAL Success.Our FarmWe have heavily invested in our farm, to provide modern equipment and facilities. We have recently installed a brand new 60-point rotary parlour, shed and offices, overlooking the stunning North Devon hills.Our farm is 1100 acres, and we have a 1000-cow flying herd who are milked three times a day. Our milk is supplied to Subuto and our cows are housed all year round, with a team of 26 operating the farm as a mix of full-time and part-time.As a Tractor Driver, you will be:Driving a 4000-gallon tanker, transporting slurry.Towing triaxle and tandem trailers.Operating our 6-meter Vaderstad drillSilaging and Umbilical slurry spreading.Keeping the farm overall tidy & safe to operateAdditional tractor/machine operation alongside general farm work when required.Support the Dairy team during quiet seasons.A full UK Driving license is required for this role alongside evidence of valid UK Right to Work.The right person will:Demonstrate experience in tractor driving and towing.Be keen to develop their skill set, or able to apply their experience to benefit the farm.Be motivated, a key team player and able to confidently work alone.The BenefitsIn return, we offer a competitive salary based on experience and shared accommodation if needed.
