We are looking for a Retail Manager to manage a group of commercial brands. He will be responsible for managing the branches including selling, purchasing, and daily operations.ResponsibilitiesOrganize all operations and allocate responsibilities.Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.Prepare and control the budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.Monitor stock levels, purchases and ensure achieving the budget.Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the reputationInspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arisePlan and participate at events.Ensure fulfils all legal health and safety guidelinesRequirements and skillsProven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position.Knowledge of retail management practices.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Excellent organizing skills.Very good knowledge in using computers applications.Excellent customer service skills and dealing with suppliers.Fluent in both Arabic and English.
