Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee Kick-Off to Go-Live project schedules for clients

Configure initial settings for clients on TableCheck

Providing training sessions for clients and their employees to ensure they understand how to use the software effectively.

Design and deliver product training to clients and enable them to utilize TableCheck's features fully & rapidly

Be an expert on product features and keep abreast of new feature launches and update team members

Prepare User Guides & Manuals whenever needed

Requirement

A must-have experience in restaurant reservation management / OTA / Cloud

At least three years of proven relevant work experience in hospitality software & the F&B industry

Sales experience in an F&B software company (UAE/GCC experience is a must)

Superb presentation skills

Advanced Microsoft Skills (PowerPoint, Excel)

A high degree of understanding of technology, CRM maintenance & experience (Zoho would be a plus!)

Excellent verbal & written communication skills (English and Arabic would be a plus!)
