Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing system support (first level support for Financial Systems) and carrying out the design and development of all Finance Policies and Procedures (P&P), Delegation of Authority (DoA) in close coordination with the relevant Finance functions

Responsible for the preparation of performance and management reports

Coordinate closely with other DA business units/ departments and the Dubai Government for any joint projects in place

Conduct periodic review on the compliance with Finance P&Ps and DOAs by the various Finance units and provide feedback and resolution on issues identified. Obtain assistance from the Level 3 - Finance Systems and Performance for any complex issues identified

Job Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in Commerce or Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and/or Accounting. A recognized professional qualification (ACCA/ACA) is preferrable.

6 years of relevant experience within the Finance field, with demonstrated experience.

Previous knowledge of system support processes and functional knowledge of finance systems (e.g. ERP)

You'll have an understanding of IFRS, business process and control and statutory laws and regulations/implications
